1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing Doodles collectibles through Phygitals, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not make a purchase.

2. Product Description

Doodles collectibles are digital NFTs representing physical items. Each purchase is subject to availability.

We make no guarantees regarding the specific contents, rarity distribution, or future value of items received.

Digital Representation: The NFT serves as a digital representation and certificate of ownership for the physical item. The digital artwork, images, or videos associated with the NFT may not exactly match the final physical product. Physical items may vary in color, size, material quality, or design details from their digital representations. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these potential variations.

3. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of NFT purchases, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You understand the nature of digital collectibles
• You will not be entitled to a refund regardless of circumstances
• Items cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased
• No compensation will be provided for market value changes

4. Claims and Disputes

If you experience technical issues during purchase or delivery, you must submit a claim within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Valid claims include:

• Payment processed but NFT not delivered to your account
• Technical errors preventing access to purchased items
• Duplicate charges for the same transaction

5. Payment Terms

All purchases must be made using accepted payment methods on the Phygitals platform. Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable fees unless otherwise stated.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.

6. Digital Ownership and Rights

Doodles collectibles are digital assets. Upon purchase and delivery, you receive ownership rights to the digital NFT, subject to the underlying blockchain and platform terms.

You may trade, sell, or transfer your items through authorized platforms. Phygitals reserves the right to restrict or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Intellectual Property

Doodles is a registered trademark. All Doodles artwork, designs, and related intellectual property are owned by Doodles, LLC. Purchasing an NFT does not grant you any rights to the underlying intellectual property beyond personal use.

You may not use Doodles trademarks, logos, or artwork for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

8. Availability and Supply

Doodles collectibles are available in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities, modify pricing, or discontinue sales at any time without prior notice. Purchases are subject to availability at the time of transaction completion.

9. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases on Phygitals. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Phygitals and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to Doodles collectible purchases, including but not limited to:

• Loss of value or profit from digital collectibles
• Inability to access or transfer items due to third-party platform issues
• Changes in market value or demand for items
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
